Darlene Bik

Darlene Bik has resided in Arroyo Grande since 1993 with her husband, Russ. Russ is a Cal Poly graduate and has served on the President's Advisory Council for more than a decade. Darlene started her career at Intel in 1975 as a purchasing clerk, eventually advancing to become the executive administrator for Intel’s founder and chairman, Gordon More, and other members of the executive staff. At Intel, Darlene taught training courses for employees and served as a member of the Intel Secretarial Council.

She has enjoyed a part-time career in wine and gift sales on the Central Coast and served as president of a local non-profit organization. When time allows, she enjoys needlepoint, knitting and playing Scrabble.
